A Sunday seems like the perfect day to hear a cutting edge sound and a take on the meaning of Sundays for an emerging rap artist. I just can’t get enough of Aminé right now. Lyrically, he captures the everyday moments of our lives and philosophically interprets them to a connected, contemporary understanding that I can totally relate to.

Aminé is a Portland, Oregon native with the ability to slap down lyrics and vocals which make you stop and take notice. Blown away by his personal style and take on life through his unique musical poetry. His song “Sundays” was my first subtle introduction, but the entire album, Good For You, is a must listen.
