This is the music to seriously motivate you to perform at your best and move forward.

The Chemical Brothers are a British electronic duo, Tom Rowlands and Ed Simons. Their 8th album is coming out July 17th, Born In The Echoes, and it features Beck, St. Vincent, Cate Le Bon, and returning Q-Tip. This is their first full length in three years.

The Chemical Brothers are widely known for their amazing sounds paired with incredible light shows. They will mostly tour through Europe this summer, but there is a Pomona, California, NY, New York, and Chicago, Illinois date coming up.

Universal Unity 3.0, we heart it

How much fun would that be?

This track, “Go” was created in the basement of Q-Tip, of A Tribe Called Quest, and it is a bass driven track which leads with popping power and beat. The bass was also an inspiration for the renowned director of the video, Michel Gondry (Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, The Science of Sleep). When he heard the pounding bass, it reminded him of a powerful locomotive and thus, the steel rods and synchronized dancers came about to symbolize and propel the idea further in the choreography.

Fun to watch and great to listen to, for a bit of  mid-week inspiration, don’t you think?
